The 2020 8th International Conference on Agriculture and Biotechnology (ICABT 2020) will be held in Osaka, Japan,December 16-18, 2020. ICABT 2020 is sponsored by the Hong Kong Chemical, Biological & Environmental Engineering Society (HKCBEES).

 HKCBEES is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Agriculture and Biotechnology. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Agriculture and Biotechnology related techniques. All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.

 Agricultural biotechnology, also known as agritech, is an area of agricultural science involving the use of scientific tools and techniques, including genetic engineering, molecular markers, molecular diagnostics, vaccines, and tissue culture, to modify living organisms: plants, animals, and microorganisms. Crop biotechnology is one aspect of agricultural biotechnology which has been greatly developed upon in recent times. Desired trait are exported from a particular species of Crop to an entirely different species. These transgene crops possess desirable characteristics in terms of flavor, colour of flowers, growth rate, size of harvested products and resistance to diseases and pests.

Paper Publishing:

For papers submitted to ICABT 2020, after the peer reviewing process by at least 2-3 experts, the accepted papers will be recommended to the most suitable journals which could be included in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and indexed by Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, Engineering & Technology Digital Library, Crossref and Electronic Journals Digital Library.
