• -  As Author, you can publish the manuscript and deliver paper presentation on ICBDT 2024, orally or poster presentation. You must submit Full-length Manuscript for review before the submission deadline. 作者身份参会： 审稿后文章被ICBDT 2024录用，并在会议现场发表演讲，口头报告和海报报告展示均可接受。请投稿全文。

  -  As Presenter, you can deliver a presentation on ICBDT 2024, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. Abstract  is necessary to submit. 报告者身份参会： 在ICBDT 2024会议上进行口头报告或海报展示，报告文章仅被收录至会议合集，不出版。 

  -  As Delegate, you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.
  Conference package (all conference tracks, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner); Conference materials; 听众身份参会： 出席并参加ICBDT 2024, 并可全程旁听会议所有展示报告。

  .Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. For publication, each paper must be paid by one of the authors for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

  .One regular registration can cover a paper (Double-column 5 pages), or (One-column 10 pages), including all figures, tables, and references.

  .Student Rate is only for students who is the first author and student' ID card copy should be attached for registration. 

  .If someone has several papers to register, to enjoy additional paper discount, he/she needs to be the first author of those papers.

Note

-  The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
-  Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well

Refund Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

-  60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
-  30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
-  Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
-  Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
-  The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
