Each full paper needs to be 10-15 pages including contents with
results, figures, tables and references. Extra page will be
additionally charged with 30USD per page.
One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only
one USB proceedings and hard copy of the journal.
If you would like to register the conference and publish your paper
as the reviewer, please send email to icbce.conference@outlook.com. (Only Ph.D
holder can apply)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. You are so welcomed to join the conference, but if you cannot attend due to some reasons, please inform this to
icbce.conference@outlook.com.
2. Due to force majeure, the organizer has the
right to change the conference time and venue. We will not bear the cost
such as airplane ticket, hotel accommodation, etc..
3. All refund applications need to follow the regulations
below.
