AUTHOR REGISTRATION

1. Each accepted paper must be covered by at least ONE full member/non-member registration by the registration deadline.

2. Participants without paper submissions are also welcome. Each conference attendee requires a registration. You can make the registration directly as Delegate without submission and send the filled registration form to the conference secretary. We accept delegate' onsite registration, for onsite registration delegate, the invitaiton letter will not be issued before the conference.

3. Student attendee needs to show his/her photo ID when checking in the conference. Only the first author is student could enjoy student registration fee.

4. The additional fee of US$50/per page is applied for paper exceeding 10 pages (maximum 15 pages).

5. Required documents: 1. final paper with word and pdf; 2. signed copyright; 3. Payment proof, 4. Registration form. Send the package to iccea@zhconf.ac.cn to finish the registration.

Payment Receipt: 

When the registration confirmed, an official receipt will be issued, you will receive the hard copy receipt together with all conference materials at the conference spot.
If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned verion or post you the hard copy (You need to cover the postage).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to the Conference Secretary. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from the Conference Secretary. 
• Cancellation before September 30, 2024 will be acceptable, 70% refund for cancellations received before and on October 30, 2024. There will be no refunds for cancellation after October 30, 2024.

• The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
• The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.

 

PROPERTY SAFETY

Please take care of your safety and all personal belongs, and wear your name tags during the whole conference. No responsiblity or liability is accepted by conference organizer in respect of any loss or damage.

 

ACCOMMODATION

  • Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need to reserve rooms by themselves, we advise you to reserve room as early as you can. Except the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby.
