Registration Fee

Note:
1. The early bird discount will be applied only if the registration fee is fully paid before April 15, 2024.
2. Extra page (Over 5 pages) will be charged at 50 USD per page. Extra Conference proceedings (USB) could be purchased at 50 USD per one.
3. Authors with more than one paper should register additional papers with 50 percent of the standard registration fee.
4. Presenter Registration applies to those who submit only abstracts and plan to present their papers without publication.
5. "Delegate" means those scholars who would like to attend the conference as listeners only without abstract/full paper submission. Please simply fill the Delegate Registration on electronic system for delegate participant.

Payment Method

When the registration is fully completed and paid, each participant will receive an email of confirmation from the online payment system.

For bank transfers, Please note that a registration is considered completed and valid only when the full payment has been received on the bank account.

The late registration fee will be applied if the registration made with an advance rate is not fully paid before the deadline on April 15, 2024.

Page Limit

Each registration covers 5 pages, extra page will be charged at 50 USD per page.

Refund Policy

The SEGE cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Cancellation Policy

1. 70% refund for cancellations received until July 01, 2024; an administrative fee of 30% registration fee will be applied.
2. NO REFUNDS for cancellation on and after July 01, 2024.
3. The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application deny, riots, diseases or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.
