News: The organizing committee for ICIET accepts online presentations for those who cannot attend onsite.
Oral Presentation
Contributed oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The paper must be presented by one of the author or co-authors. Oral presentations are to be made either using your laptop or the PC that will be available in the session room (Windows system + Power point). Please come to the session room with your laptop or pen drive having your presentation file. There will be a volunteer on hand to assist in starting each presentation.
Poster Presentation
Instructions:
Size: A1
Layout: Vertical and one page needed
Be consistent with font (3 fonts max).
Use italics, underlining & capitals sparingly.
Charts/Tables: keep simple, enlarge text, thicken lines; default formatting is rarely appropriate.
You must provide your own printout of the poster itself. One of the paper author or co-authors must be present and available for discussion at the poster session. Posters will be on display in the conference room.
Note:
Author: making a presentation of the paper which will be published by the proceedings/journals.Presentation Only : making a presentation on the conference without paper publishing.
Delegate: Participating in the conference only with neither presentation nor paper publication. Welcome to download the delegate registration form and register as the delegate.
Students must provide proof of their status with a copy of their student card sent with the registration form. The document has to be presented when collecting the documentation.
* One regular registration can cover a paper within 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. (The additional page will be charged if it exceeds 5 pages)
*One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one book.
Accommodation:
Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. (参会人员需自行提前预定住宿，机票等)
Except the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby.
Refund:
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
Property Safety:
For your property safety, please take good care of your belongings, and valuables should be depositted to the front desk during the conference. If things lost, the conference organizer shall not be responsible for yours!
