Notice
1. One regular registration is with 10-15 Pages including all figures,
tables, and references.
2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only
one proceeding.
3. For the authors who have difficulties paying US Dollars, please pay
Euros.
4. If you would like to register the conference and publish your paper
as the reviewer or invited speaker, please contact us by email
esre@ieet.ac.cn (At least Ph.D holders
can apply).
For Full Paper
The notification will be sent to the author if the paper is accepted for publication and presentation at the conference. Please read the acceptance letter carefully and register according to the steps.
For Abstract
The abstract cannot be published, but it can be presented in the conference if it is accepted. Please read the acceptance letter carefully and register according to the steps after you receive the notification.
For Listeners
To successfully register as the listener, please finish the registration process through the Online System. An account is needed for online registration. (Or you can contact conference mail box esre@ieet.ac.cn directly).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to the Conference
Secretary
esre@ieet.ac.cn. Cancellations will
not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from
the Conference Secretary.
• Cancellation before March 10, 2024, 20% registration will be charged.
• Cancellation before April 10, 2024, 50% registration will be charged.
• Cancellation before May 30, 2024, 80% registration will be charged.
• Cancellation after May 30, 2024, no refund will be charged.
• The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be
liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
• The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and
place of the conference due to force majeure.
