Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and technical committee, and accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE after registration and presentation. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus.

Selected papers from Track 9 and Track 10 will be published into Lecture Notes in Educational Technology (Electronic ISSN: 2196-4971 & Print ISSN: 2196-4963) as a proceedings book volume, which has been accepted by Springer. Final publication will be contingent upon Springer’s review of the manuscript. Those papers will be sent to indexing database like: Scopus, ACM Digital Library, ERIC, INSPEC, Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series, SCImago.
ICETC 2017-ICETC 2025 Proceedings have been indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus.

1). Language
English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
2). Submission Types
Abstract submission for presentation only without publication.
Full paper submission for both presentation and publication.
3). Paper Length
The submitted papers should be no less than 5 pages in two columns. When paper exceeds 6 printed pages, including all figures, tables, and references, extra page will be charged.
