As the Philippines continues to accelerate infrastructure development and strengthen Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), governments across ASEAN are increasingly relying on private sector participation to deliver transport, energy, water, digital, healthcare, education, and social infrastructure projects. Building on the Philippines’ new PPP Code and the country’s growing infrastructure pipeline, the PPP International Forum will bring together ministers, government authorities, project owners, investors, developers, EPC contractors, operators, financial institutions, consultants, legal advisors, and multilateral organisations to explore investment opportunities, showcase priority projects, and strengthen regional collaboration. As the first edition of its kind in Asia, the Forum aims to become ASEAN’s leading platform for Public-Private Partnerships, infrastructure investment, and project finance.
