About CISS 2026：
The 2nd International Conference on Computational Intelligence for Social Systems (CISS 2026) is an international academic forum that brings together researchers, practitioners, educators, and industry professionals from around the world to explore the latest advances in computational intelligence and its applications in human-centered social systems. Scheduled for December 1–3, 2026, in Istanbul, Türkiye, this year's conference will focus on innovative applications of artificial intelligence, machine learning, social computing, and data-driven decision-making in areas such as education, cultural heritage, intelligent governance, and organizational management.
Conference Topic:
Both full research reports and work in progress reports are welcome. There will be both oral and poster sessions in CISS 2026.

Publication:
All papers submitted to CISS 2026 will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the conference committees. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the CISS 2026 Conference Proceedings, which will be included in Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series (ISSN: 1865-0937). The proceedings will be submitted to major indexing databases such as EI Compendex, Scopus, and SpringerLink for evaluation and possible indexing.
