Salla acquires Saudi payments company Paylink

Saudi Arabia-based e-commerce platform Salla has acquired Saudi fintech Paylink as part of its strategy to expand its financial services and payment capabilities. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 2017 by Ammar AlTwaijri and Abdulelah Alsayegh, Paylink provides electronic payment solutions for businesses and merchants and is licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to provide e-commerce payment services. The acquisition will integrate Paylink’s payments
