A Talent-Centric Path to Digital Health Sustainability

The GCC Taskforce on Workforce Development in Digital Healthcare (ZIMAM) is a not-for-profit initiative that strives for sustainable digital health ecosystems through the provision of an adequate supply of skilled and empowered local digital workforce. We believe that by bringing together all stakeholders - government, academy, industry, healthcare organisations and others - across the GCC region, we can develop a competency-based framework for digital health professional's development and career paths that secure a future-ready workforce.

At the 6th GCC eHealth Workforce Development Conference (eHWDC 2023) on 1-2 November 2023, the audience will enjoy an outstanding line-up of content and tech advancements for the various ZIMAM stages and experience thought-provoking discussions, revolutionary technology demonstrations, hands-on workshops and inspiring keynotes around digital health hot topics such as HIE, Public Health, AI, Data Governance and Workforce Development.
