Jennifer Crandall, Founder of Safe Food En Route, LLC, is a qualified individual trained in PCQI, FSVP, HACCP, BRC Internal Auditing, SQF Practitioner and Gluten Free Certification Program Certified. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University in Food Science and 22 years of experience in the food industry including food manufacturing and corporate quality assurance and compliance. A majority of Jennifer's career has been monitoring compliance of private label suppliers for one of largest grocery retailers in the world. Jennifer is also US Country Partner for Primority, LTD and the US Co-founder of the Global Food Blockchain Initiative. Through Safe Food En Route, LLC, she manages herself and a team of consultants to provide support to small and medium sized companies with food safety and supplier compliance management.
