Since 1935, field and plant engineers have relied on the GPSA Engineering Data Book to determine operating and design parameters for gas processing facilities. The book — now hosted digitally in the GPA Midstream Document Cloud — provides accepted engineering practices for estimating, feasibility studies, preliminary design and for making operating decisions. GPA Midstream offers this five-day in-depth Data Book training course to equip midstream industry engineers early in their careers, operators, plant personnel and technical sales personnel with the fundamentals they need to put this valued industry resource to practical use. The course is limited to 30 students and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Students will be tested on the information presented and, upon passing, will leave certified in the use of the GPSA Engineering Data Book.
Since its inception, this training course has been offered in the United States at facilities in Mont Belvieu, Texas, and Denver, Colo. If enough interest exists to fill a class in a new location, GPA Midstream will pursue those options to meet industry training needs in those areas. GPA Midstream can also bring the course to your facility exclusively.
