Indonesia has announced to issue a presidential regulation on a feed-in tariff (FIT) system in an attempt to augment investment in its renewable energy sector. According to the Indonesian Minister for Energy and Mineral Resources Arifin Tasrif, the electricity generated by renewable energy is expected to rise by 700MW to 10,843 MW in 2020.
