Moving from Peer to Boss: Supervisor 101

This session is designed to provide best practices on how to transition from a peer to a boss effectively. In this session, we will discuss some of the challenges that you may face while transitioning to a boss and while supervising coworkers you used to work with. 

This session is for newly promoted supervisors, who have the responsibility of supervising co-workers, wanting to gain respect as a supervisor, want to build a different relationship among co-workers, and want to lead as an example.
