Welcome to the 2nd Engineering Structure Monitoring Standardization Technology Application and Demonstration Seminar (NESMS2023)! We are excited to announce that the conference will be held on December 16–17, 2023, in Li Yang, China.
NESMS combines Academia with Industry to adapt scientific achievements into practical applications in the field of Engineering and Monitoring.
We, the organizers, are very excited to greet you. The 2nd NESMS will promote relevant engineering research and applications in a vast range of topics, including engineering structure, engineering management, smart building, smart city, structural seismic, monitoring and testing.
NESMS gives researchers and engineers from around the world the opportunity to present and discuss recent developments in the field. The event will offer a pleasant environment to establish avenues for new cooperation and work. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to be indexed by major citation databases such as Ei Compendex, Scopus, Google Scholar, etc.
Excellent papers will be considered for submission in the Special Issue‘Remote Sensing in Safety and Disaster Prevention Engineering’or‘Symmetry in Structural Health Monitoring II’after significant extension. As an incentive, the best student submission and the best reviewers will be acknowledged with the Best Student Paper Award and Best Reviewer Award, respectively.
NESMS 2023 is organized by the School of Civil Engineering, Chongqing University, and the Chongqing University Liyang Smart City Research Institute. Li Yang is an ancient city in southern China with a history of more than 2200 years. The scenery here is beautiful and the natural scenery is unique. With the development of The Times, Liyang has creatively transformed nature and culture, and a park city that is suitable for living, working and traveling has gradually developed.
