1) 40% Market Performance: Diagnostic assessment based on the Tmall Innovation Center (TMIC & T-stage) New Product Power Model. 
2) 40% Expert Review: Innovation Index (the judges will assess whether the product is innovative in terms of its market positioning, target users, level of differentiation, application of new technologies, and whether it has unique features and meets the practical or emotional needs of users). 
3) 20% Public Review: Public voting on the Internet (based on innovation, uniqueness and consumer experience of the product).
