Event attendees generally click through to the relevant event organiser's website, registration page or third-party platform. 8. Press release distribution
If you purchase or use our press release services, you acknowledge that press release content may be published, distributed or made available through external media outlets, publishers, online news sites, journalist databases, newsroom platforms, search engines, social media platforms and other third-party distribution channels.
Once press release content has been submitted, published or distributed externally, Industry Events cannot control how third parties use, store, archive, index, display, copy or republish that content.
Removal from third-party websites, media outlets, databases, archives, search engines, partner platforms or external distribution networks may not be possible and is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for ensuring that any press release content you submit is accurate, lawful, authorised and does not infringe the privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, publicity or other rights of any person or organisation.
9. Marketing communications
We may send newsletters, event alerts, press release updates, promotional emails, sponsor or partner campaigns and service offers to users, subscribers and customers where permitted by law.
