The RSDE conference aims to gather professors, researchers, scholars, and industrial pioneers from all over the world. As the premier forum for the presentation and exchange of past experiences, new advances, and research results in the fields of remote sensing and digital earth, the 2026 3rd International Conference on Remote Sensing and Digital Earth (RSDE 2026) will take place in the vibrant city of Hangzhou, China, from November 13th to 15th, 2026. Organized by Hangzhou Normal University, the conference welcomes contributions that promote the exchange of ideas and rational discourse among educators, researchers, and professionals worldwide. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Optical Surveying and Geodesy, Multispectral and Hyperspectral Optical Imaging, Vegetation and Ecological Optical Monitoring, Deformation Monitoring, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, Geographical Science, and CubeSat-Based Optical Earth Observation. The organizing committee is pleased to invite prospective authors to submit their original manuscripts to RSDE 2026.
All accepted full papers will be published in the IEEE(ISBN号：979-8-3195-1260-4)and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
