ICSED 2026 information: 
1. ICSED 2026 is sponsored by University of the Ryukyus,  ACM Singapore Chapter and Singapore Institute of Electronics. 
2. Accepted papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus. ICSED 2017&2018&2021&2022&2023&2024 papers have been indexed by EI and Scopus, and ICSED 2025 accepted and registered papers will be published in the ICSED 2025 Springer  Conference Proceedings-CCIS.
3. The famous IEEE Fellow Prof. Witold Pedrycz from University of Alberta in Canada will be the keynote speaker.
