Arabian Research Bureau (ARB), in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology and in strategic partnership with Asyad Group, will organize the LogistEx Oman 2026 Expo and Conference on 8-9 December 2026 at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre (OCEC). The event will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, investors, innovators, and supply chain professionals to explore emerging opportunities and accelerate the growth of Oman’s logistics ecosystem.
The exhibition and conference align closely with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040, which identifies logistics and supply chain services as one of the Sultanate’s key economic growth sectors. Through continued investment in infrastructure, technology, connectivity, and trade facilitation, Oman is strengthening its position as a strategic gateway linking regional and global markets.
As the Sultanate continues to enhance its world-class logistics infrastructure, including ports, free zones, airports, industrial cities, and integrated transport networks, Logistics Oman 2026 will serve as a premier platform for showcasing innovations and best practices that are shaping the future of logistics and supply chain management.
The inaugural edition is expected to attract more than 70 exhibitors representing a broad spectrum of logistics-related industries, including ports and terminals, free zones, industrial hubs, warehousing and distribution, multimodal transportation, smart mobility solutions, supply chain technologies, digital transformation services, and advanced logistics solutions.
Alongside the exhibition, the event will feature a comprehensive conference programme addressing the most pressing trends and opportunities facing the industry. Discussions will cover topics such as port and economic zone development, digital transformation and artificial intelligence, green logistics and sustainability, supply chain resilience, innovation, entrepreneurship, and the future of global trade. Executive forums and high-level panel discussions will provide opportunities for industry leaders and decision-makers to exchange insights and explore investment prospects across the sector.
To further stimulate business growth and collaboration, the event will host a dedicated B2B Matchmaking Programme, connecting exhibitors with investors, buyers, government entities, and strategic partners. These targeted meetings are designed to facilitate new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and support market expansion initiatives.
The event will also feature a dedicated Deals Hub, providing a platform for the announcement of strategic partnerships, Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), project launches, and new product unveilings. In addition, a competitive Logistics Hackathon will bring together innovators, entrepreneurs, students, and technology specialists to develop practical solutions for industry challenges and showcase their ideas to investors, experts, and sector leaders.
The significance of the logistics sector within Oman’s economy continues to grow. In 2025, the sector generated approximately OMR 3.4 billion (USD 8.84 billion) in revenue and supported more than 79,000 jobs, reflecting its increasing contribution to economic diversification and national development. Oman's continued investments in infrastructure and digital capabilities have also strengthened its standing in international logistics performance indicators.
Logistics Oman 2026 will serve as a strategic meeting point for industry stakeholders to exchange knowledge, foster innovation, establish valuable partnerships, and identify future growth opportunities. By bringing together the public and private sectors under one roof, the event is expected to contribute to the realization of Oman Vision 2040 and further reinforce the Sultanate’s position as a leading logistics hub and a key gateway for regional and international trade.
